From Concept to Clients
A Four Day Workshop to Launch Your First Coaching Product

Navigating the journey of building and launching your coaching business can feel overwhelming with countless approaches to consider. That’s why I’ve developed a streamlined process designed to empower coaches like you. My method not only enhances your confidence in coaching but also guides you through crafting a compelling client journey essential for securing your initial paying clients.

By simplifying the complexities of business building, I ensure you focus on what truly matters—creating impactful products and services that resonate with your ideal clients from day one.

Week One: Identifying the Problem and Ideal Client

During the first week, you’ll dive deep into the fundamental building blocks of your coaching business by identifying the core problem you want to solve for your clients. This session is crucial because a clear and compelling problem sets the foundation for your entire business, guiding everything from product creation to marketing. You’ll learn how to pinpoint a specific issue that resonates with your target audience, setting you apart from the competition. By the end of the day, you will have a well-defined problem and a detailed profile of your ideal client, ensuring that your coaching efforts are laser-focused and effective. This clarity will empower you to craft offerings that genuinely meet your clients’ needs and position you as an expert in your niche.

Week Two: Mapping the Client Journey and Exploring Platforms

Week two is all about understanding and crafting the journey your clients will take with you, from their first encounter with your brand to becoming loyal, paying clients. This session emphasizes the importance of a seamless and engaging client journey, which is essential for building trust and encouraging long-term relationships. You will map out each stage of the client experience, ensuring that every touchpoint enhances their perception of your value. Additionally, you’ll explore various platforms and tools that can streamline this journey, making it easier for clients to interact with you and access your services. By the end of the day, you will have a comprehensive plan for guiding your clients smoothly from discovery to purchase, enhancing their experience and increasing your chances of business success.

Week Three: Creating Your Product and Distribution Platforms

On the third week, you will shift focus to the tangible aspect of your business by creating your first sellable product or service. This session is pivotal as it transforms your ideas into a concrete offering that you can market and sell. You will brainstorm, refine, and develop a product that directly addresses the problem you identified on the first day, ensuring it meets your clients’ needs. You’ll also learn how to choose the right platforms for distributing your product, whether it’s an online course, a coaching package, or an e-book. By the end of the day, you will have a ready-to-launch product and a clear understanding of the tools you need to deliver it to your clients effectively. This practical knowledge ensures you can confidently bring your product to market and start generating revenue.

Week Four: Marketing and Networking for Success

During the final week is dedicated to marketing your product and building a network that will support your business’s growth. This session is crucial as it equips you with the strategies and skills necessary to reach your ideal clients and convert them into paying customers. You’ll develop a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging social media, email, and other channels to spread the word about your offering. Additionally, you’ll learn the art of intentional networking, building relationships that can lead to valuable opportunities and collaborations. By the end of the day, you will have a robust marketing strategy and a networking plan that positions you for sustained success, ensuring that your product not only reaches the right audience but also stands out in a crowded marketplace.

I would recommend this workshop to both new coaches as well as coaches who have been working for a while. It brought a new perspective and different ways to approach my business. I gained new ideas, and a new sense of excitement and newness about my passion to be a coach.
